About the Role

Satalia is pushing the boundaries of AI to solve complex industry problems. As an AI Technical Product Owner, you will own the roadmap for a core platform that powers a suite of AI driven, API first services. These services provide tools to improve ad performance, based on an understanding of the ad creative asset.

Key Responsibilities

• API user understanding: Build a deep understanding of API users and consumers, defining key user journeys and integration patterns.

• Enable AI capabilities: Work with data scientists to deliver services that support delivery of AI models and features.

• Product roadmap: Work with the product manager to define a roadmap aligned with business goals, making trade offs across new features, performance, scalability, reliability and speed of delivery.

• Delivery leadership: Work with the engineering team to ensure a common understanding of user needs and goals, removing blockers and enabling delivery of valuable increments. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as refinement, grooming and sprint planning.

• Requirements engineering: Translate needs into clear, testable requirements. Write strong epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Quality, reliability and operational excellence. Define and monitor product metrics, ensure non-functional requirements are explicit and delivered.

• Documentation & knowledge sharing: Maintain clear structured product documentation for internal and external users and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on API based or developer-facing products.

• Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience in Agile delivery, including story mapping and backlog refinement.

• Technical Fluency: An understanding of software architectures and technical concepts. Comfortable defining non-functional requirements around performance, security and scalability.

• Communication: Exceptional skills in facilitating effective communication, including writing product documentation for end users.

• Proactivity: The maturity to take initiative, solve problems, and keep projects moving in a complex environment.

Nice to Have

• Domain Knowledge: Experience in the marketing or advertising sector.

• Educational Background: Computer Science or a related technical degree.

• Experience with ML Ops, data platforms or AI-enabled products.
