THE ROLE
Satalia is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Partner Lead to drive and expand our partnership programme, starting with Google. This role will be pivotal in aligning Satalia’s cutting-edge AI solutions with Google's offerings to create innovative opportunities for customers. The Partner Lead will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing the relationship with Google, while identifying and structuring new business proposals, partnerships, and initiatives that address customer needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in partnership development, AI technologies, and strategic collaboration to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide hands-on support to your Clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through independent research and networking.
- Develop compelling outreach strategies and pitch materials
- Execute strategic outbound campaigns through email outreach, and social media and webinars.
- Achieve sales targets through partner-driven revenue.
- Develop joint business plans with partners and review performance regularly.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Partnership Development & Management
- Build, manage, and nurture a strong strategic relationship with Google at multiple levels, including senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Google, ensuring alignment between Satalia’s capabilities and Google’s offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of Google’s ecosystem, products, and services to identify synergies and areas for collaboration.
- Advocate for Google internally within Satalia, ensuring alignment across teams and prioritization of partnership goals.
- Following successful establishment of the Google partnership, scaling partnerships to one other technology partner.
Opportunity Identification & Structuring
- Develop a holistic view of how Satalia’s AI-driven products and services can address Google’s customer needs.
- Originate, structure, and negotiate new proposals and partnerships, covering commercial, pricing, legal, and operational aspects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, technical, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
- Identify and pursue joint go-to-market strategies and opportunities to deliver impactful AI solutions to customers.
Strategic Initiatives & Collaboration
- Work closely with Google and Satalia’s teams to co-develop innovative AI solutions tailored to customer challenges.
- Drive long-term partner alignment by building trust, transparency, and shared goals.
- Represent Satalia in external forums, industry events, and meetings with Google stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously refine partnership strategies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, or collaborations at senior management levels.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, optimization techniques, and their applications in solving complex business problems.
- Demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate complex agreements, including commercial, pricing, legal, and operational components.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to achieve long-term partner alignment and advocate effectively for partners internally.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative, tenacious, and driven approach to problem-solving and business development.
- Highly collaborative team player with a passion for understanding a wide range of Satalia products and grasping complex technical concepts.
- Curiosity and adaptability to learn quickly and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Experience working with Google or within its ecosystem is a plus.
