THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of software projects within our Logistics and Supply Chain business. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in software development and delivery.
As a Software Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end delivery of software projects for our largest clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will work with product and technical leadership to lead cross functional and inclusive engineering teams that value collaboration and learning in a company growing rapidly and taking on new challenges. You will help to ensure that impediments are squashed, delivery is planned, quality is being maintained, stakeholders are informed, and engineering teams have what they need to deliver.
Whilst you will be handling the day-to-day running of delivery projects in software development, we encourage all colleagues to be on the lookout for improvements, whether that be for a client or within Satalia, and to be a force for positive change. Autonomy and empowerment in decision making are key tenets to help drive that change, and we look for candidates who can independently drive our teams forwards.
