THE ROLE
As a Lead Front End Developer, you will play a pivotal role working within and leading a skilled team in the Satalia Logistics department. You’ll be working with and delivering features for major global retailers, and be responsible for leading, improving and implementing efficient and reusable Front End technologies, standards and processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading front-end development teams, projects and mentoring other developers
- Collaborating with Product Manager, UX/UI designers and back-end developers
- Ensuring web application scalability and performance
- Understanding business requirements and priorities
- Implementing and improving standards and processes
- Balancing support, BAU, tech debt and feature development
- Developing web applications and components using ReactJS
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Contributing to the development of coding standards
- Continuously improving development processes
