Office administrator (internship)
Your responsibilities
- Work from the office and be the first person who helps with office related enquiries
- Work closely with HR team, helping with administrative task, onboarding new employees
- Helping to manage events and activities (organise Summer event)
- Manage office facilities, office equipment, supplies, etc.
- Be responsible for snacks and food in the office
Minimum qualifications
- Communication & collaboration skills
- Willing to work as a team player
- Understanding of administrative functions
- Experience with MS office
- Creativeness and opportunity to reveal itself in office furnishing
